About Me

Patience, trust, and genuine curiosity about every child

Since 1999, I've worked with children — first as a kindergarten teacher, then from 2004 as a speech-language pathologist. I believe every speech therapist is simultaneously a psychologist, activity designer, and teacher who helps children "dress up" their thoughts in words and express their emotions calmly.

I work individually with each child, adapting methods to their age, temperament, and needs — using visual, practical, verbal, and creative techniques. For me, the result matters more than the time it takes to achieve it.

"Not to speak to a person you can speak to is to lose the person; to speak to a person you shouldn't is to waste your words."

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions parents ask before our first meeting.

How does the first consultation work? +

We start with a conversation about your concerns and a brief observation of your child to understand their speech and communication patterns. If needed, we perform a more detailed assessment and discuss the next steps together.

What age children do you work with? +

I work with children from early childhood (around 3 years old) through school-age students — therapy is tailored to each child's developmental stage.

Do we need a diagnosis to book an appointment? +

No. Many parents come with concerns but no formal diagnosis. The initial assessment is designed to establish what's happening and whether consultation with another specialist is needed.

How long does therapy typically last? +

It depends entirely on each child's individual needs — some children benefit from shorter, focused therapy, while others require longer-term support. Results matter more than the timeline.

Do you offer online sessions? +

Yes, therapy can be conducted in person or online, depending on your family's needs and preferences.
